How does the frame attach to my television?

Installation is a very simple process requiring no tools or programming of your remote control. Once your television is already wall mounted using any tilt, flush, or articulating arm bracket, you simply slip the frame over the television and tighten the two mounting straps over the rear of the television to securely anchor the frame in place.

What is the largest size TV you can frame?

We can frame any size television, even the 108" and 150" models. While special arrangements are usually required for freight shipping and installation, we can frame any size television.

What are the overall dimensions of my frame?

With every frame custom designed for a unique TV this will vary. Generally a frame will extend approximately 2-5" from any given side of the television. This depends largely on if the TV has built in speakers and whether they are horizontal or vertical. If the TV does not have built-in speakers, the frame will usually extend less than 3" beyond any side of the TV.

How do you ship your frames?

All frames are professionally packaged and ship completely assembled and ready to install. Most frames are shipped via UPS unless they exceed the maximum allowable size in which case your order will need to be shipped via freight. To reduce what you pay on freight shipping we recommend shipping the frame to a business address if you have one available.

Due to the oversized nature of all frames for 37"+ televisions, shipping rates are determined by size as opposed to weight. Therefore, with or without a mirror, the shipping rates would be a same.

What if I don’t see a style of frame which suits my needs?

We do offer a custom design service for specialty styles. Through this service with our CAD modeling capabilities we can custom design a style specifically to meet your needs with photorealistic sample renderings of how the frame will look in your room. Contact Us 

What if your standard colors don’t match my room setting?

Because every frame is made of premium hardwood, we have the capability of offering our custom color matching service. All that is needed is the name of the wood species and a physical sample for us to match. From there our color department can match almost any finish.

How is my remote control affected?

Every frame comes equipped with a remote control relay system for seamless integration with your television’s remote control. The remote control relay system makes the frame invisible to your remote control. Learn more…

When entering the room I can see the wall bracket behind my TV. Will the frame cover this?

This is a very common concern that has been addressed with the introduction of our Bracket Jacket. When combined with one of our deeper side depth options, the Bracket Jacket and the side depth of the frame will cover all the way to the wall without affecting the ventilation of the television. How long will it take to receive my frame?

Quality custom made furniture takes time to produce and is dependent on our current order volumes. Generally, your order will take 3-6 weeks in production. An estimated ship date is quoted during your checkout process based on current order volumes. Rush orders of 1-2 weeks are available on a limited basis. How do I measure my TV for framing?

Simple, you don’t! With our extensive database of thousands of television models, all we need is the make and model of your television. From there we take care of the rest so you don’t have to worry about the possibility of a measuring error. If by some rare chance the frame does not fit, we will make a new frame with no questions asked.

Where do you purchase your molding?

Because we exclusively manufacture television frames, we custom manufacture all of our moldings here in our Haverhill, MA facility as opposed to using stock picture frame molding. Standard picture frame molding is generally designed to frame an object up to ½” in thickness; a significant difference from the depth of most televisions. This also gives us the unique ability to make your frame in any wood species in any color.

Does my TV need to be recessed in the wall?

While some of our consumers prefer to have their televisions recessed in the wall, this is not necessary. Our frames are most commonly used with surface mount applications on either a flush, tilt, or articulating arm type of wall bracket. When recessing the television, be careful to ensure adequate ventilation and make sure to allow for extra space around the television for the frame to be recessed as well. 

What if I can’t find or don’t want to order through a local dealer?

We believe strongly that our customers should have the freedom to purchase from whomever they feel most comfortable working with. For many consumers this is a local dealer if one is available, while others might prefer to purchase direct from the manufacturer or online. Our telephone representatives are experts at helping by phone, while our authorized dealers can provide you with the added convenience of color selections and installation assistance. In the end, we just want to make sure you are treated with respect and great customer service. 

How is the screen concealed when I’m not watching television?

Concealing the television is extremely important for all of our clients. For this we have two primary solutions beyond our complete concealment framing to include either our plasma artwork DVD’s or our TV Mirror. With the DVD solutions you can have the option of playing a soothing DVD to act as a very slowly transitioning painting displayed on the television screen. The Reflections TV Mirror serves as a decorative mirror when the television is turned off and becomes transparent when the television is switched on.

What is your return policy?

We are serious about quality craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the merchandise you receive, we will gladly replace the frame and cover all related shipping expenses assuming all of the information provided to us was accurate. If the problem cannot be remedied an RMA number will be issued with a full refund upon our receipt and inspection of the faulty merchandise. Aside from manufacturer’s defects refunds are not issued for custom manufactured merchandise. Questions about color and other details should be made prior to placing your order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, at the time your order is submitted it will go to our processing department and your credit will immediately be charged. When your order is submitted a confirmation will be emailed to you at which time there is a 24 hour window to notify us of any errors with your order. After this window of time the order will be released into our production queue and may not be cancelled.

Can you frame a television with an externally mounted sound bar?
